This shop has the capability to manufacture flat springs for industrial purposes, multi leaf springs for trucks, trailers and axle assemblies, dynamic and flexible taper Leaf-Springs for automobiles requiring constant cushioning effect under varying loading conditions.
The construction of the taper leaf spring allows optimum use of the material, thus allowing considerable weight reduction. The spring can be exposed to an extremely high level of stress, owing to NAC use of standardized high quality spring steel. The surface is compressed by shot-peening. The springs are then "plasticized" and finally protected against corrosion by inorganic zinc. All processes serve the purpose of NAC taper-leaf springs quality, longevity, progressive action.
